CAMPS

WE HAVE CAMPS AND INTENSIVES ALL SUMMER LONG!

CAMPS: Teenage Aerial Intensives
CAMPS: Children
ABOUT CAMP: Schedule of Activities

6yrs and up partake in approx. 5 classes throughout the day. Some aerial (such as silks, trapeze and hoop) and some conditioning, flexibility and flow arts.  We mix up the day so their bodies don’t get worn out but they are still having fun!

They take a silks class, a flow class, trapeze and hoop, flexibility, handstands, acro and creation time.  These classes happen throughout the week. Our mandate is that students feel empowered and able to create and learn at their own level and speed. We strive to encourage new comers and challenge our long time students.

For the older ones their classes are structured around the conditioning and progressions of skills. All the while still finding creative time to make their own performances and have fun.

For the 4 to 6 year olds we do a mix of dance and circus using journeys, games and apparatuses. Their conditioning is through games and they learn new skills on apparatuses.

A typical day would be gathering together in the morning with meeting each other and having some social time. This is from 8:40 to 9:05 and then once we are all settled we begin programming.

9:00am – First class
10:00am – Snack break
10:30am – Second class
