Beginner Hula hoop!
Join Bex in learning the fundamentals of how to dance and play with your hoop. Throughout the workshop you’ll learn the basics of waist hooping, explore methods of spinning the hoop and learn captivating manipulations including isolations and folds. This workshop will help lay the foundation for your hoop practice, while building a connection with your body and hoop. Hoops provided.
Intermediate / Advanced Circus Style Hooping
Elevate your hula hoop skills with Bex! Join this workshop to explore advanced single hula hoop tricks and learn the fundamentals of multi-hooping. Breaking down the technique to handling 2, 3 and maybe even 4 hoops simultaneously. Bring your favourite single hoop and if you have multiple hoops that are the same size. Extra hoops provided.

If you love to spin then DO NOT miss out on this opportunity!! This classic circus act involves climbing to the top of a rope, securing your hand in a loop and then being spun by a partner on the ground. Exciting, unique and not to be missed!
Pre-requisite: Must have basic aerial strength and climbing skills.

Triple trapeze is an exciting group apparatus that brings the shapes of solo trapeze and hoop, and uses mutliple bodies to create beautiful pictures in the air! Learn how to work on this fun apparatus, weaving and winding around the bar and ropes with two or three other people.
Pre-requisites: Basic circus training on a bar or vertical apparatus for at least 6 months.
You can signup solo, or along with friends. Must be willing to work with others in the air.
